NETHERLANDS (Spanish), Brabant, Brussels mint, patagon, Charles II, 1695, NGC MS 63, finest and only example in NGC census. Dav-4498; Delm-350; Vanhoudt-715.BS. Scarce late-issue Spanish Netherlands crown (rated R1 in Vanhoudt) with lovely original surfaces displaying dove gray patina over luster, all details sharp (if a bit granular in the crowns), the date side struck slightly off center, crude rims on both sides (as made), but all in an incomparably high state of preservation.
