DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, Santo Domingo, ½ real, Charles-Joanna, no assayer (F), mintmark P to left and S to right, extremely rare. Downing-Rudman-HR.4; S-SD1; Cal-58; KM-24. 1.07 grams. Lightly corroded all over and with some edge loss, but still with mostly readable details, the legends showing Latin lettering, ringlet ornaments, king and queen's name on both sides, contrasting toning, one of only three known for this variety (and only eighteen known in total), another great opportunity to acquire a seldom-offered Santo Domingo silver coin of Charles-Joanna.
