COLOMBIA, Bogotá (Cundinamarca), ¼ real, 1814, rare, NGC VF details / environmental damage, "top pop." Restrepo-130.1; KM-F2. Crude around the edge but with full interior details and bold date despite light surface corrosion (lightly toned), decidedly rare (Restrepo says just scarce) and never seen in high grade, this example in fact just one of two in the NGC census, both in VF details grade.
