COLOMBIA, Popayán, bust 8 reales, Ferdinand VII (bust of Charles IV), 1816 F, rare, NGC XF details / corrosion. Restrepo-120.10; Cal-1369; KM-71. Richly toned with lovely hues from orange to violet, nice details but with slight surface granularity on bust (looks like die rust and not corrosion), technically still top grade at NGC for this date within a rare type that is seldom seen without flaws.
