HONDURAS, Tegucigalpa, copper 1 centavo, 1910/5, mule with 5 centavo obverse and altered ½-centavo reverse, NGC AU 55 BN. Stickney-C291; KM-66. Another testament to the troubles at the Tegucigalpa mint, which created this coin from dies meant for two other, different denominations (5c obverse, 1/2c reverse), the modification to denomination and date on the reverse quite obvious here, this example with decently struck details with very minimal wear and dark brown surfaces.
