MEXICO, Mexico City, clump of two cobs, one 8 reales and one 4 reales (fragment) in small chunk of coral, Philip IV, assayers not visible. 39.22 grams total. Roughly 2" x 1¾" x 1". Neat little display as found on the wreck site with a silvery, corroded 8 reales connected to lumps of coral on the edge plus a heavily corroded chunk of a second coin underneath. With original certificate from Captain Tracy Bowden through his contract with the Dominican Republic. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
