ANCIENT GREEK, Rhodos, AR didrachm, ca. 305-275 BC, NGC Ch VF. Ashton 159; HGC 6, 1435. Head of Helios facing slightly right / Rose with bud to right; thyrsos and EY to left; ΡΟΔΙΟΝ above. Obverse slightly off-center but reverse nicely centered, a small bit of metal missing in field of reverse (thus the remark of "flan flaw" on the slab), an attractive and popular issue. NGC #6821942-004.
