BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 2 reales Royal (galano), 1741 P, very rare, NGC / clipped. S-P48; KM-unl; Cal-unl (Type 112). 5.88 grams. Perfectly round as trimmed around the edge but with very bold full interior details enhanced by deeply contrasting toning on fields, around VF but not graded by NGC due to the clipping, only the second example we have encountered (the other graded XF details by NGC), which somehow did not make it into the KM and/or Calicó listings.
