PERU, Lima, cob 2 reales Royal (galano), 1737 N, extremely rare, NGC VF details / holed, finest and only example in NGC census. S-L21; KM-unl; Cal-unl (Type 98). 6.73 grams. Broad flan with some legend and fully detailed interiors (pillars side slightly off-center), contrastingly toned, with stripped hole at very edge to right of cross, "x" graffiti twice on cross, by our records one of only two known. Pedigreed to the Jorge Ugaz Collection of Lima Silver Cob 2 Reales.
