MEXICO, Mexico City, cob 8 reales, 1732 F, NGC VF details / sea salvaged (Shipwreck Blue Label), ex-Rose. S-M26; KM-47a; Cal-1427. 27.01 grams. Interesting piece with doubled date reading as "17732" (date not mentioned on the label), bold shield with doubled mintmark and assayer, nice full cross, richly toned all over with mostly golden hues. Purchased directly from the original salvor, John V.G. Rose, in the 1980s. Recovered from: Vliegenthart, sunk in 1735 off Zeeland, Netherlands
