PERU, Lima, cob 2 reales, Philip II, assayer Diego de la Torre, *-ii to left, P-oD to right, ex-Christensen. S-L4; KM-9; Cal-338. 4.61 grams. Rare early type from this wreck (we've only sold one other), weak shield detail but with a decent cross, rather thin along the edges and quite dark, nice provenance. With original Christensen tag. Recovered from: Concepción, sunk in 1641 off Hispaniola
