Boldly printed Gem example of this high-denomination note only known in specimen and proof form with a beautiful blue design set against a colorful underprint, vignettes of an armored woman on front and right-facing bust of Columbus on back, strong embossing (particularly on the bank seal) and great original paper quality. Only one finer at 66 EPQ in the PMG census.
