Great Dominican Republic rarity which is not listed in either the Rudman or Pick catalogs. Motto at top reads Dios, Patria, y Libertad; place of issuance using the full city name of Santiago de los Caballeros. Fairly bold design with clear signatures and serial number, stamped seal rather obscured, sharp edges and decent margins, a few small internal splits along two of the folds.
