MEXICO, Mexico City, cob 8 reales, 1732 F, NGC XF details / saltwater damage (Shipwreck Blue Label), ex-Rose. S-M26; KM-47a; Cal-1427. 26.79 grams. Neatly rhomboid flan with sharp points, very bold full 732 of date due to inward-shifted doubling, off-center with just one castle visible, nicely toned, minimal surface corrosion. Purchased directly from the original salvor, John V.G. Rose, in the 1980s. Recovered from: Vliegenthart, sunk in 1735 off Zeeland, Netherlands
