UNITED STATES, 10 Disney dollars, 1997, serial D00023038A, Simba / 25th Anniversary of Disney World, PMG Superb Gem UNC 68 EPQ, finest known in PMG census, ex-Busto. Rodgers-R-052. Spectacular example of this rare $10 issued by Disney featuring Simba on the front and commemorating the 25 anniversary of Disney World on the back. The 1997 $10 was issued in limited numbers and many were redeemed or mishandled over the years, leaving very few choice UNC examples and even fewer gem UNCs. This note features great centering and margins, excellent ink color and paper quality, and strong embossing on the serial number. Pedigreed to the José Busto Collection (stated on label).
