UNITED STATES, Philadelphia mint, Peace dollar, 1921, high relief, PCGS MS65, ex-Busto. A beautiful example of the first year of issue and a key date in the Peace dollar series. The obverse possesses satiny luster covered in light golden toning while the reverse, a bit more subdued in luster, bears pink-gold hues across its surfaces. The design on both sides is particularly well struck and sharp with only a few tiny bagmarks to denote the grade. Pedigreed to the José Busto Collection.
