URUGUAY, struck in Santiago, gilt brass off-metal proof ½ gaucho, 1992, very rare, NGC PF 62 Ultra Cameo, finest and only example in NGC census. KM-unl (109 for regular issue). Good luster but with some raised spottiness on reverse, practically no marks, a possibly unique off-metal striking for a gold regular issue, the only example known to us.
