PHILIPPINES (under Spain), Manila, 8 reales, Isabel II, crowned-Y.II. countermark (Type VI, 1834-37) on a Santiago, Chile, "volcano" peso, 1834 IJ, NGC XF details / cleaned (c/s XF strong). Cal-668; KM-108. Beautifully toned and well-struck host with full countermark near top of column, leaving the iconic volcano design on other side intact, any cleaning done long ago.
