PHILIPPINES (under Spain), Manila, 8 reales, Isabel II, crowned-Y.II. countermark (Type VI, 1834-37) on a Santiago, Chile, "volcano" peso, 1834 IJ, NGC AU details / cleaned (c/s AU standard). Cal-668; KM-108. Nearly full countermark near top of column (leaving the iconic volcano side intact), attractively toned all over (any cleaning done long ago), parts of rims weak.
