Fully detailed despite moderate corrosion all over, with faint golden toning on shield side, highly desirable first date of issue with great old shipwreck auction pedigree (accompanied by NGC label "not suitable for certification"). Pedigreed to the David Brameld Collection and the W.H. Lane auction of November 1977 (lot 324, plated in catalog), with original invoice and certificate.
