BOLIVIA, Potosí, cob 2 reales, 1652 E, post-transitional (McLean Type VII), 1-PH-6 at top, rare, NGC XF details / saltwater damage (Shipwreck Blue Label), ex-Zbar. S-P37a; KM-16; Cal-unl (Type 244). 6.17 grams. Broad flan with crude edge and flat peripheries but full and well-centered cross-lions-castles and pillars-and-waves, bold PH, two dates and assayers and mintmarks, nicely toned and nearly corrosion-free. Pedigreed to the Jack Zbar Collection (stated on label). Recovered from: Maravillas, sunk in 1656 off Grand Bahama Island
