Medellin, Colombia, 1/2 decimo, 1868, NGC MS 63, finest known in NGC census. Restrepo-257.1; KM-150.2. Good strike with full but crude rims, light toning over muted luster, the finer of just two at NGC (the other being MS 61), bettered only by an MS64 at PCGS (the Eldorado example, which hammered for $950 in Sedwick Auction 27).
