Chile (struck at the Paris Mint in France), bronze essai (5 francs), 1851, rare, NGC AU 58 BN. Maz-1382A; KM-Pn9. Dark overall but with hints of rainbow toning over luster, minimal marks and wear, interesting pattern struck for Chile in the French design by the famous engraver Barre in a unique design with Lady Liberty wearing a crown of cherubs.
